About Perfect Cup
Perfect Cup is a Polish menstrual cup brand. We have been on the market since 2018 and we run our website in six languages.
What we do
We make one product and try to make it well: a menstrual cup in certified medical-grade silicone, in sizes S, M and L and in S/M and M/L sets, in pink and clear. The cup is reusable, gives up to 12 hours of protection, is vegan friendly and fits a zero waste approach. Prices start at €19.

Why we run a knowledge base
A menstrual cup takes some learning. The hardest part is not the product itself but the first few days: choosing the size, the folding technique and the moment the cup opens up. That is why, alongside the shop, we run a knowledge base with guides that answer the questions our customers ask us most often.
Who writes the guides

Since 2018 she has been answering customers’ questions about choosing a size, the first insertion and everyday use of the cup. The guides in the knowledge base are based on those conversations and on the experience gathered in over 3400 product reviews.

She wrote our guides on why a menstrual cup leaks and how to manage a cup while travelling. She is the author of the book „Życie z ADHD. Brakująca instrukcja obsługi” and runs the site zyciezadhd.pl.
